MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO

Hey, I'm Chivonne!

International Keynote Speaker | Psychotherapist | Executive Coach

As Seen On: Motivating the Masses | Bold Journey | Canvas Rebel

Chivonne E. Gabriel is an international speaker, executive coach, and licensed psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience helping women, leaders, and organizations move from survival to sustainable success. She is the Founder and CEO of The Mosaic Refinery, a transformational ecosystem rooted in resilience, deep personal development, and purposeful reinvention.

Chivonne’s work lives at the intersection of psychology, leadership, and lived experience. She is known for her ability to name what people feel but struggle to articulate—burnout, self-abandonment, over-functioning, and the quiet cost of being “the strong one.” Her approach goes beyond motivation; it creates deep, lasting change by helping people reconnect to who they are beneath the roles they’ve carried.

She is one of fewer than 200 Lisa Nichols Certified Transformational Trainers worldwide and a hand-picked Speaker Advocate Coach for Motivating the Masses, where she mentors emerging speakers under the leadership of Lisa Nichols. This distinction reflects both her mastery of transformational communication and her commitment to helping others use their voice with clarity and impact.

Chivonne’s work has been featured on Motivating the Masses, Bold Journey, Canvas Rebel, and Voyage Baltimore, and she has partnered with individuals and organizations across the U.S. and internationally, including work in Kenya, Jamaica, and Mexico. She also serves as the Mental Health Director for Travel & Give, where she designs and leads mental health and resilience programming for teachers, caregivers, and community leaders in underserved regions around the world.

The Mosaic Refinery was founded in 2017, during a deeply personal season of transition following Chivonne’s divorce. What initially felt like an ending became an invitation—to examine the many versions of who she had been, what she needed to release, and who she was becoming. In that process, she realized that what looked like broken pieces were actually meaningful parts of herself - each carrying wisdom, strength, and beauty.

The philosophy of The Mosaic Refinery is inspired by the Japanese art of Kintsugi, where broken pottery is repaired with gold resin, honoring the fractures rather than hiding them. Once repaired, the piece becomes more beautiful and valuable because of what it has survived. In the same way, Chivonne believes our hard places don’t disqualify us, they refine us. When tended to with intention and care, they become the very thing that makes our lives, leadership, and legacy richer and more whole.

Through The Mosaic Refinery, Chivonne guides people through a clear pathway of transformation, from foundational self-reconnection in Back to You, to embodied healing at immersive retreats, to sustained growth inside Home Within, and into high-level executive and leadership coaching for those ready to lead from wholeness.

At the core of her work is a simple truth:

Your success should never cost you yourself.

Whether she’s speaking on a global stage, coaching high-performing women, or advising leaders behind the scenes, Chivonne’s mission remains the same: to help people turn hard places into launching pads—and build lives, leadership, and legacies that are aligned, resilient, and whole.
