Stop Running on Empty.

Start Living Fully.

Transforming You

I help women who are tired of holding everything together for everyone else but secretly feel like they’re losing themselves in the process.

Maybe you’ve been “the strong one” — the achiever, the fixer, the one everyone else leans on. On the outside, it looks like you’ve got it all together. But inside? You’re exhausted. You’re running on empty. And you know there has to be more to life than just holding it all together.]

That’s where this journey begins.

Your transformation doesn’t have to be rushed or lonely. At The Mosaic Refinery, we create spaces for women to slow down, breathe again, and return home to themselves.

It starts with one yes — the rest unfolds from there.

The Mosaic Refinery Pathway for Women

Step One: Back to You (4-Week Intensive)

Your first step back home to yourself. In this guided group program, you’ll uncover the hidden cost of self-abandonment, rewrite the narratives that keep you small, and begin the work of reclaiming your voice, your joy, and your identity.

Women leave Back to You saying things like:

“I finally put myself back on my own list.”

“I said no without apologizing — and it felt amazing.”

Step Two: Transformational Retreat (Immersive Experience)

After Back to You, you’ll be invited into a private, curated retreat — a sacred pause where your breakthroughs deepen and your healing expands. Imagine stepping away from the daily noise into a space designed to restore your mind, body, and spirit. This isn’t just a getaway — it’s where you embody the new version of yourself in community with other powerful women.

Step Three: The Home Within Sisterhood (Ongoing Virtual Community)

True transformation needs space, support, and sisterhood. That’s why the journey continues inside The Home Within Sisterhood — an intimate virtual circle where women rise together. More than a program, this is a sanctuary: a place for continued coaching, authentic accountability, and deep connection.

Here, you’ll be reminded that you’re not alone — and that sustaining your growth is not just possible, but inevitable, when you’re held in community.
